Bottling plant manufacturers in India

Neelohith Machines has built turnkey bottling plants from Delhi since 2008 — mineral water, RTS juice and cold drink lines from 30 BPM to 400+ BPM, automatic and semi-automatic, installed and serviced across India. ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Turnkey means process design, civil and utility drawings, manufacture, installation, commissioning at rated speed, BIS and FSSAI documentation, and operator training.

What we build

Three bottling lines, built turnkey

Each is a complete plant rather than a machine — from raw water or raw fruit through to the palletised carton.

Mineral water bottling plants

Packaged drinking water lines from 30 BPM to 400+ BPM, plus 20-litre jar lines. RO/UV/ozone treatment train, rinser-filler-capper monoblock, labelling, coding and end-of-line packaging, with BIS IS 14543 documentation included.

Indicative
₹18–28 lakh at 30 BPM · ₹35–55 lakh at 60 BPM
Full cost breakdown

RTS juice bottling plants

Ready To Serve fruit drink lines, hot-fill and aseptic, for mango, apple, orange, mixed fruit, litchi and guava — plus squash, sharbat, amla and aloe vera lines. Pulp handling or whole-fruit intake, pasteurisation, blending and syrup room.

Indicative
₹18–45 lakh squash line · ₹1.1–2.2 crore hot-fill RTS
Full cost breakdown

Cold drink (CSD) bottling plants

Carbonated soft drink lines for cola, jeera masala soda, lemon, tonic and energy drinks, in PET, can and returnable glass. Syrup room, vacuum deaeration, carbo-cooling and isobaric counter-pressure filling.

Indicative
₹15–30 lakh semi-automatic soda · ₹1.6–3 crore turnkey CSD

Turnkey scope

What a turnkey plant actually includes

01

Process design

Line sized against your actual throughput, pack mix and site — not a catalogue configuration.

02

Civil & utility drawings

Layout, drainage, power, air and water schedules your contractor can build from.

03

Manufacture & factory testing

Built and trial-run at our works before it ships, so commissioning is assembly, not debugging.

04

Installation & commissioning

Erection, alignment, water trials, product trials and handover at rated speed.

05

Licensing documentation

BIS IS 14543 file preparation for water, FSSAI support, QC laboratory specification, SOPs and record formats.

06

Operator training & service

Line operators and maintenance trained on your machine, plus spares and service across India.

Before you sign

Six things to ask any bottling plant manufacturer

Including us. If a supplier cannot answer these plainly, that is the answer.

01

Ask what the quote excludes, not what it includes

Machinery-only is typically 55–70% of a turnkey figure. The gap is civil drawings, utilities, installation, commissioning, documentation and training — all of which you will still have to pay for. Two quotes are only comparable once both are on the same scope.

02

Check the treatment train against your own water report

For a water plant this is the single biggest variable in both price and performance. A quote built on a generic 500 ppm assumption will fail on a 2,500 ppm borewell. Ask which analysis the RO was sized against.

03

For carbonated lines, confirm counter-pressure filling

Isobaric counter-pressure filling is the only technology that holds carbonation in the bottle. A gravity filler quoted for a cold drink line is the most common reason a cheap quote is cheap.

04

Ask to see a running plant

Not a photo, not a video. A commissioned line of comparable capacity, running product. Any manufacturer with installations will arrange it.

05

Confirm who does the licensing

BIS and FSSAI are usually the critical path to revenue, not the machinery. Find out whether documentation support is included or whether you are on your own with a consultant.

06

Check spares and response time in your state

A line down for a fortnight waiting on a part costs more than the part. Ask where the nearest service engineer is and what the committed response time is.

Common questions

Straight answers

Who are the bottling plant manufacturers in India?

India has a mature bottling machinery industry concentrated around Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Pune and Coimbatore, ranging from single-machine fabricators to turnkey plant builders. Neelohith Machines has built turnkey bottling plants from Delhi since 2008 across three categories — mineral water, RTS juice and carbonated cold drinks — from 30 BPM to 400+ BPM, automatic and semi-automatic, and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

What does a turnkey bottling plant include?

Process design, civil and utility drawings, manufacture and factory testing, installation, commissioning at rated speed, licensing documentation, operator training and after-sales service. Machinery-only supply is roughly 55–70% of a turnkey figure — the difference is everything needed to turn machines into a running, licensed plant.

How much does a bottling plant cost in India?

It depends on the product. A mineral water plant is ₹18–28 lakh at 30 BPM and ₹35–55 lakh at 60 BPM. A cold drink plant is ₹15–30 lakh for a semi-automatic soda line and ₹1.6–3 crore for a full turnkey CSD plant. An RTS juice plant is ₹18–45 lakh for a squash line and ₹1.1–2.2 crore for hot-fill RTS bottling. These are indicative turnkey ranges; the figure moves most with feedwater quality, pack format and scope.

What capacity bottling plant should I start with?

For packaged drinking water, 60 BPM is the most-installed configuration in India and usually the best balance of capital and unit economics for a regional brand. Below that, 30 BPM and semi-automatic lines are genuine entry points with real payback. Above 120 BPM the economics only work with distribution already in place — capacity that runs at 40% utilisation loses money faster than a smaller line running full.

What is BPM in a bottling plant?

BPM means bottles per minute and is the standard capacity unit in this trade. A 60 BPM line fills 3,600 bottles an hour at rated speed. Real output is lower once changeovers, CIP and breaks are counted, so plan commercial projections on 55–65% of rated capacity in year one rather than the 85–90% optimistic project reports use.

Do you supply bottling plants outside Delhi NCR?

Yes. We install and service across India, with the heaviest coverage in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Installation, commissioning and operator training are carried out on site wherever the plant is.
