RFC Monoblock (Rinser-Filler-Capper)
A combined Rinsing, Filling, and Capping machine in a single integrated frame, the heart of any modern bottling line.
An RFC Monoblock combines three traditionally separate machines, bottle rinser, liquid filler, and cap-applier, into a single synchronised unit. The bottle is held in a continuous neck-grip from rinse through fill to capping, eliminating the conveyor handovers that cause spills and contamination in older line designs.
Common configurations are written as **rinser-filler-capper station counts**, for example:
- **24-12-6** = 24 rinsing nozzles, 12 filling heads, 6 capping heads (typical 30–60 BPM)
- **32-12-8** = 32-12-8 station configuration (typical 60-90 BPM)
- **40-12-12** = 40-12-12 (typical 120 BPM)
- **60-15-15** = 60-15-15 rotary monoblock (240 BPM industrial)
Higher-capacity monoblocks use **rotary architecture** (continuous motion) instead of linear (start-stop) for smoother operation at speed. Servo-driven capping torque control is now standard above 90 BPM.
