Compare PET blowing machine prices and output
| Machine | Rated capacity | Indicative range | Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semi-Auto 1-Cav | 600–1,200 bottles/hour | ₹3.5–7 lakh | machine only |
| Linear 4-Cav | 3,600–4,800 bottles/hour | ₹22–40 lakh | machine only |
| Rotary 6-Cav | 6,000–7,800 bottles/hour | ₹65 lakh – ₹1.1 crore | machine only |
Indicative planning range, not a quotation. Scope is stated for each configuration. Final pricing depends on capacity, product and bottle specifications, utilities, installation requirements and agreed scope. Rated capacity varies with bottle size, shape, preform and operating conditions; confirm the proposed output in writing.
What changes the complete setup cost?
Bottle and preform specification
Bottle volume, geometry, neck finish and preform selection affect heating, stretch requirements, mould tooling and achievable output. Supply drawings or samples before final machine selection.
Compressed air and cooling
Confirm the pressure, flow and quality of the air required at the machine, plus the cooling specification. An existing compressor or chiller must be checked against the selected configuration.
Automation and line integration
Compare preform feeding, bottle discharge, conveyors, operator requirements and how the machine connects to the filling line. Use saleable bottles per shift as well as headline rated output.
Delivery and commissioning boundary
Ask which mould sets, installation work, electrical connections, freight, training, taxes and service terms are included, optional or excluded. A machine-only estimate cannot be compared directly with a complete installed package.
Choose the configuration around the bottle
Start with bottle specification and the required output at the filler, then compare the suitable semi-automatic, linear and rotary options. Request the proposed utility schedule and scope of supply with each quotation. The engineering review should establish the complete package before you commit to a budget.
