Raw water tank + softener
Buffered storage with hardness reduction where required.

Multi-grade sand filter
Removes turbidity, silt, and suspended solids.

Activated carbon filter
Removes chlorine, organic matter, and odour compounds.

Reverse Osmosis (RO)
95–99% TDS rejection. Twin-pass for high-TDS feed.

UV sterilisation
254 nm UV for microbial inactivation post-RO.

Ozonation
Final disinfection at 0.2–0.4 ppm residual at the fill point.

Treated water tank
Food-grade SS-304 storage, ozone-pressurised.
