Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

A bottling line configured for 5L and 10L handled PET packs, with a heavy-duty rinser, large-volume filler, handle-compatible conveying and a wrap-around labelling station.

The 5L and 10L home pack is the quiet growth story in Indian packaged water: it carries a better margin per litre than a 20L jar, needs no returnable logistics, and sells through kirana and quick-commerce where jars cannot go. Mechanically it is its own problem — the packs are tall, handled, top-heavy when full and prone to tipping on standard slat conveyors. This line uses widened guide rails, a slower and torque-matched filling carousel, gripper-neck handling through the labeller, and a semi-automatic case former sized for 2×5L and 1×10L shippers.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Can I run 5L packs on my existing 1L line?+

Rarely well. The neck finish, pack height and centre of gravity are different enough that most 1L lines tip packs or under-fill. Some 60 BPM lines can be retrofitted with new star wheels, guide rails and a slower filling recipe — we assess this before quoting a new line.

Do 5L and 10L packs need their own blow moulding machine?+

Usually yes. Standard 4-cavity blowers are optimised for up to 2L. A 5L/10L pack needs a 2-cavity machine with a larger heating oven and longer stretch rod, which we supply as a matched pair with the filling line.
