A compact, semi-automatic bottling line designed for entrepreneurs entering the packaged drinking water market. Delivers 30 bottles per minute (1800 BPH) of 200ml, 500ml, 1L or 2L PET bottles.

The 30 BPM line is a complete plug-and-play system. It includes raw water treatment, multi-stage filtration, RO + UV + Ozone purification, semi-automated rinsing-filling-capping (RFC) monoblock, and downstream packaging. The plant is BIS (IS 14543) compliant, ISI ready, and supports both jar (20L) and bottle production with quick changeover.

How much space is required for a 30 BPM water plant?+

You need 1500–2000 sq.ft. of covered shed for machinery, plus 800–1000 sq.ft. for stores and a small QC lab. Total recommended plot: 4000–5000 sq.ft.

How many bottles per shift can I produce?+

At 30 BPM and 80% line efficiency, expect ~13,000 to 14,500 bottles in an 8-hour shift. Two-shift operation comfortably crosses 25,000 bottles per day.
