A turnkey alkaline water plant built on a 60 BPM base line with an ionisation / alkaline mineral dosing stage, inline pH and ORP monitoring, and batch traceability for label claims.

Alkaline water is the fastest-growing premium water format in Indian metros, and it is also the one most often mis-engineered. Ordinary RO permeate sits near pH 6.0–6.8; simply adding an ioniser at the end of a standard line gives you drift, inconsistent ORP, and a label claim you cannot defend in an FSSAI sample test. This configuration solves it properly — RO permeate is remineralised through a calcium/magnesium contactor, then pH-trimmed with a dosing skid under closed-loop control from an inline pH and ORP probe. Every batch is logged, so the pH declared on your label matches what a lab pulls from the shelf months later.

Common questions.

Can I legally print a pH claim on the label in India?+

Yes, provided the claim is substantiated and reproducible. FSSAI expects the declared value to hold across shelf life. That is why we supply inline pH/ORP logging and a documented batch record rather than a one-time factory calibration.

Does alkaline water need a different bottle or cap?+

The bottle is standard PET, but we recommend a higher-barrier cap liner and slightly heavier preform for premium positioning. Glass is also common for the 750ml HORECA SKU.
