Built for the way your line actually runs.
The smallest fully BIS-compliant configuration we build. A 1000 LPH RO skid feeds a semi-automatic rinser-filler-capper handling roughly 12 BPM of 500ml / 1L PET, plus a separate 20L jar station.
Most first-time water entrepreneurs over-buy capacity. This line exists for the opposite case: a district-level brand, a jar-first HOD route, or a franchise operator who needs BIS-grade output without a 3,000 sq.ft. shed. The purification train is identical in principle to our larger plants — multigrade sand filter, activated carbon, 1000 LPH RO, UV and ozone — but the packaging end is deliberately manual-assisted, so operator skill matters more than automation. Everything in the line is upgrade-compatible: when you move to 30 or 60 BPM, the water house is reused and only the filling block is replaced.

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Common questions.
Is a semi-automatic plant still BIS / ISI eligible?+
Yes. BIS IS 14543 certifies the process and the product, not the degree of automation. As long as the treatment train, QC lab, hygiene zoning and documentation meet the standard, a semi-automatic plant is fully certifiable.
Can I upgrade this line later?+
Yes, and it is the normal path. The RO water house, tanks and utilities carry over. You replace the semi-automatic filling station with a 30 or 60 BPM RFC monoblock, typically within a 4–6 day changeover.
