Built for the way your line actually runs.
A turnkey plant for natural mineral water under BIS IS 13428 — the standard that applies to spring and borewell-sourced water bottled at source with its natural mineral profile intact.
Natural mineral water is a different product and a different licence from packaged drinking water. IS 13428 does not allow you to demineralise and re-mineralise; the water must reach the bottle with its source mineral composition substantially intact, which means the treatment train is built around microbiological safety and particulate removal rather than RO. This plant uses multi-stage micron and membrane filtration, ozone and UV, with no reverse osmosis in the main path. It is the correct configuration for Himalayan-belt, Uttarakhand and Himachal spring sources, where the source itself is the brand.

What does a natural mineral water plant cost?
A Natural Mineral Water Plant (IS 13428) costs ₹40–65 lakh turnkey, IS 13428 in India as an indicative range. Final pricing depends on your feedwater analysis, whether the scope is turnkey or machinery-only, your SKU mix and the utilities already on site.
Indicative market range for a turnkey line, not a quotation. The figure moves with feedwater quality, whether the scope is machinery-only or turnkey, how many SKUs you run and what utilities already exist on site.
Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.
A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.
Machinery only, or turnkey with civil drawings, utilities, commissioning and BIS / FSSAI documentation.
Number of SKUs, bottle sizes and how fast you need to switch between them.
Common questions.
What is the difference between IS 13428 and IS 14543?+
IS 14543 covers packaged drinking water — any potable source, treated as required, typically RO-based. IS 13428 covers natural mineral water — bottled at source, mineral profile preserved, no demineralisation permitted. They are separate BIS licences with separate plant requirements.
Do I need a hydrogeology report?+
Yes. For IS 13428 you need source characterisation showing the aquifer, its protection, and a stable mineral profile over time. We coordinate this with your consultant as part of the turnkey documentation scope.
