Built for the way your line actually runs.
A fully pre-assembled water treatment and bottling plant built into 20ft / 40ft containers or transportable skids, for sites where civil construction is slow, seasonal or impossible.
Conventional plants spend 8–16 weeks in civil work before a single machine arrives. A containerised plant inverts that: the entire water house, filling block and utilities are built, wired, piped and factory-acceptance-tested on our floor, then shipped as sealed units. On site you need a level plinth, a power connection, a raw water line and a drain. Typical commissioning is 5–10 days. This is the standard configuration for disaster relief, military and paramilitary camps, mining and infrastructure sites, hill stations with a short construction window, and operators who want to relocate the asset later.

What does a containerised water plant cost?
A Skid-Mounted / Containerised Water Plant costs ₹28–55 lakh containerised, 30 BPM in India as an indicative range. Final pricing depends on your feedwater analysis, whether the scope is turnkey or machinery-only, your SKU mix and the utilities already on site.
Indicative market range for a turnkey line, not a quotation. The figure moves with feedwater quality, whether the scope is machinery-only or turnkey, how many SKUs you run and what utilities already exist on site.
Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.
A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.
Machinery only, or turnkey with civil drawings, utilities, commissioning and BIS / FSSAI documentation.
Number of SKUs, bottle sizes and how fast you need to switch between them.
Common questions.
Can a containerised plant get a BIS licence?+
Yes, provided the layout maintains the hygiene zoning, QC lab and documentation the standard requires. We design the container interior specifically so a BIS inspector can walk the same process flow they would in a conventional shed.
How does it handle extreme temperatures?+
Containers are insulated and the filling zone is air-conditioned with positive pressure. For sub-zero sites we add trace heating on exposed lines and a heated raw-water tank.
