A 480 BPM (28,800 BPH) industrial mega plant, typically configured as twin parallel filling lines with shared utilities, redundant RO trains, and centralised SCADA control.

Built for plants that need above-50 lakh bottles per day output. The 480 BPM platform uses two synchronised 240 BPM rotary monoblocks fed by a common high-recovery RO + EDI water house, twin ozone generators with mass-flow control, and an automated WMS-integrated dispatch.
