Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

Custom PET bottle blow moulds, preform injection moulds and neck-finish tooling, designed from your bottle drawing and machined in-house with conformal cooling channels.

Your bottle is your brand asset, and it lives in the mould. We design and machine blow moulds for our own machines and for most common third-party linear and rotary blowers, in aluminium alloy for fast cooling or steel where run lengths demand it. Design includes wall thickness distribution simulation, base clearance for stacking loads, and conformal cooling channels that determine your achievable cycle time. Neck tooling is matched to your closure standard — PCO 1810, PCO 1881, 28mm ROPP, 30/25 or custom — so caps from any approved supplier fit without leaks.

Capacity & automation level

Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.

Feedwater or raw material

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Scope boundary

Machinery only, or turnkey with civil drawings, utilities, commissioning and BIS / FSSAI documentation.

Pack formats & changeover

Number of SKUs, bottle sizes and how fast you need to switch between them.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Can you make moulds for my existing non-Neelohith blower?+

In most cases yes. We need the machine make and model, the mould shut height, clamping arrangement and cooling connection details. Send photographs of the existing mould mounting and we will confirm before quoting.

How long does a new bottle mould take?+

Typically 3–6 weeks from approved design for a standard blow mould set, longer for preform moulds with hot runners. Design approval — not machining — is usually what determines the timeline.
