Carbonation quality determines whether a soft drink tastes right, and most carbonation problems in Indian plants trace to one of three things: the product is not cold enough, it is not deaerated, or the CO₂ set point is being controlled by an operator's judgement rather than an instrument. This unit addresses all three. Product is chilled to 2–4°C where CO₂ solubility is highest, passed through a vacuum deaerator to strip dissolved oxygen that would otherwise compete for solubility and shorten shelf life, then carbonated inline against a closed-loop volume controller. It is a common retrofit for plants that are struggling with inconsistent fizz, fobbing at the filler or premature flatness in market.

Common questions.
Why does my drink lose fizz in the market?+
Usually dissolved oxygen. Oxygen left in the product competes with CO₂ and accelerates flavour degradation, so the drink both flattens and stales faster. Adding vacuum deaeration ahead of carbonation is the most common fix.
Can this be retrofitted to an old line?+
In most cases, yes. It installs between your syrup blending and your filler. The main checks are available floor space, glycol or chilling capacity, and whether your existing filler is counter-pressure — gravity fillers cannot hold carbonation regardless of how well the product is carbonated.
