Built for the way your line actually runs.
A turnkey PET can (bottle-can) filling line with isobaric filling and aluminium easy-open-end seaming, for carbonated drinks, energy drinks, beer-alternatives and juices.
The PET bottle-can — a PET body with a standard aluminium easy-open end seamed on top — has become the fastest-growing premium beverage pack in Asian markets. It gives you the shelf presence and chill-down of a can, the resealability and shatter-safety of a bottle, and a lower per-unit cost than full aluminium at moderate volumes. It also lets you blow the body in-house rather than buying cans. The line pairs a PET can blower or reception station with an isobaric filler and a seamer configured for PET flange geometry, which is the part that requires precise setup: seam thickness and countersink tolerances on PET differ from aluminium, and a mis-set seamer produces slow CO₂ loss that only shows up weeks later.

Common questions.
PET bottle-can or aluminium can?+
Aluminium wins on chill-down speed, recyclability and premium perception at high volume. PET bottle-can wins on resealability, in-house body production, lower tooling exposure and cost at moderate volume. Many brands run PET can first and add aluminium once volumes justify it.
What is the most common failure on a PET can line?+
Seam setup. PET flange geometry tolerances differ from aluminium, and a marginally loose seam leaks CO₂ slowly — the product tests fine at the plant and is flat in the market four weeks later. We install inline seam monitoring and train the crew on teardown checks.
