Can I use this for a BIS-certified water plant?+
Yes, provided the surrounding hygiene, treatment and documentation meet IS 14543. BIS certifies the process and product rather than the automation level, though a semi-automatic filler needs stricter operator hygiene discipline.
What is realistic output over a full shift?+
Operator fatigue is the limit, not the machine. Plan on 8–15 BPM sustained over an 8-hour shift rather than the peak rate, and rotate operators if you need the higher end.
