Built for the way your line actually runs.
A servo-driven volumetric filling machine with individual head calibration and recipe storage, delivering ±0.5% fill accuracy across viscous and free-flowing products.
Gravity fillers fill to a level, which means your actual dispensed volume varies with bottle manufacturing tolerance. On a 1L bottle a 1.5% giveaway is 15ml per bottle — across a year at 3,600 BPH that is a substantial quantity of product handed away free. A servo volumetric filler dispenses a metered volume instead, calibrated per head, with the recipe stored per SKU. It also handles viscous products that gravity fillers struggle with, and switches between bottle sizes through a recipe change rather than a mechanical adjustment.

Common questions.
Is volumetric filling worth it for plain water?+
Rarely. Water is cheap enough that giveaway does not justify the capex, and gravity filling is faster and simpler. Volumetric pays off on juice, syrup, oil and any product where the litre has real value.
How often does it need recalibration?+
A check weigh at every SKU changeover and a full head calibration monthly is typical. The machine stores per-head offsets, so calibration is a software step rather than a mechanical adjustment.
