Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

Low-pressure screw compressors for pneumatics and 30–40 bar high-pressure compressors for PET blowing, supplied with dryers, filters, receivers and air recovery.

Undersized or badly specified compressed air is the single most common reason a new PET blowing line fails to hit its rated output. Blowing needs 30–40 bar of clean, dry, oil-free air at a stable flow, and any sag in pressure during the blow cycle shows up immediately as thin bottle walls and failed drop tests. We supply the compressor package as a matched set with the blower — low-pressure screw compressor for pneumatics and conveying, a high-pressure booster or dedicated HP compressor for blowing, refrigerated or desiccant drying to the required dew point, multi-stage filtration, and correctly sized receivers. Air recovery on the blower recycles exhaust air back into the LP circuit and typically cuts total air energy by a quarter.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Can I use my existing 7-bar compressor for PET blowing?+

No. Blowing needs 30–40 bar. A 7-bar compressor can feed a booster, but the combination must be sized together — a booster fed by an inadequate LP supply will starve during the blow cycle and produce inconsistent bottles.

Is oil-free air mandatory?+

For the air that contacts the inside of the bottle, effectively yes. Oil carryover contaminates the container and creates both a food-safety and a taste problem. We specify oil-free or oil-free-equivalent filtration on the blowing circuit.
