Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

Air-cooled and water-cooled process chillers with glycol circuits, buffer tanks and pumping sets, for CSD carbonation, blow mould cooling and product chilling.

Chilling shows up in three separate places in a beverage plant, and each has a different requirement. Carbonation needs product at 2–4°C, because CO₂ solubility falls sharply with temperature and an under-chilled product will not hold its fizz. Blow moulds need stable cooling water to set bottle geometry and hold cycle time. Product chilling for cold-chain products needs capacity sized for the peak, not the average. We size a single chilling plant across all three loads with a buffer tank and separate circuits, which is substantially cheaper than three independent units.

Capacity & automation level

Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.

Feedwater or raw material

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Scope boundary

Machinery only, or turnkey with civil drawings, utilities, commissioning and BIS / FSSAI documentation.

Pack formats & changeover

Number of SKUs, bottle sizes and how fast you need to switch between them.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Air-cooled or water-cooled chiller?+

Air-cooled below roughly 60 TR and where water is scarce — simpler, no cooling tower, no water treatment. Water-cooled above that, where the efficiency gain outweighs the cooling tower capex and its water consumption.

Can one chiller serve carbonation and mould cooling?+

Yes, with separate circuits off a common plant and a buffer tank. Carbonation needs the lowest temperature, so the chiller is sized for that and mould cooling takes a warmer circuit through a heat exchanger.
