We build turnkey CSD and soft drink plants in North-East India: water treatment, sugar dissolving and syrup room, blending, vacuum deaeration, carbo-cooling, isobaric counter-pressure filling, capping and full end-of-line packaging. Carbonation is where soft drink quality is won or lost, so the chilling, deaeration and CO₂ control are sized as carefully as the filler itself.
India's North-Eastern states (Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim) form one of the country's most under-served packaged water markets. A syrup room, vacuum deaeration, a carbo-cooler, bulk CO₂ and glycol chilling — these are not optional extras. A counter-pressure filler fed by warm, under-deaerated product will produce flat drinks regardless of how good the filler is.
