Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

A continuous induction cap sealing machine that heat-bonds aluminium foil wad liners to the container neck, providing tamper evidence and leak protection.

Induction sealing bonds an aluminium foil liner inside the cap to the container neck using an induced electromagnetic field, creating a hermetic seal the consumer must break to open. For juice, syrup, squash and Ayurvedic products this delivers three things at once — tamper evidence, leak protection through distribution, and a barrier that extends shelf life by limiting oxygen ingress. The machine mounts over an existing conveyor after the capper, needs no product contact, and is one of the least intrusive upgrades you can make to an existing line.

Capacity & automation level

Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.

Feedwater or raw material

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Scope boundary

Machinery only, or turnkey with civil drawings, utilities, commissioning and BIS / FSSAI documentation.

Pack formats & changeover

Number of SKUs, bottle sizes and how fast you need to switch between them.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Does induction sealing work on all bottles?+

It works on PET, HDPE and glass with a suitable neck finish and a heat-seal coated liner. The liner coating must match the container material — a PET-grade liner will not bond reliably to HDPE.

Air cooled or water cooled?+

Air cooled is adequate up to roughly 100 containers per minute and is simpler. Above that, or in hot ambient conditions, water cooling keeps the generator stable and prevents throughput derating during summer.
