Built for the way your line actually runs.
A servo-driven self-adhesive labelling machine for front-back, wrap-around and top labels, with print-and-apply and vision verification options.
Self-adhesive labelling wins wherever run lengths are short or SKU counts are high. Unlike BOPP labelling there is no glue system to maintain and no minimum roll order that forces you to commit to thousands of labels per design, so it suits a plant running eight flavours or doing contract packing for several brands. The machine uses servo-driven label dispensing with encoder feedback so label placement stays accurate as line speed varies, and a vision station can verify placement and read the printed code before the bottle leaves the machine.

Common questions.
Sticker or BOPP labelling?+
BOPP is dramatically cheaper per label at high volume on a single SKU — it is what large water plants use. Sticker wins on short runs, frequent artwork changes and premium finishes, and needs no glue system maintenance.
Can it label a wet bottle?+
Self-adhesive labels need a dry surface. If bottles come off a rinser or a cooling tunnel, an air-knife drying station before the labeller is essential — this is the most common cause of label lifting.
