Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

A turnkey plant for fruit squashes, sharbats, rose syrup and beverage syrups — sugar dissolving, blending, filtration, pasteurisation and glass or PET bottle filling at 40–65 °Bx.

Squash and sharbat are the easiest entry point into beverage manufacturing in India, and they are chronically underrated. At 40–65 °Bx the sugar itself is the preservative, so shelf life runs 12–24 months at ambient without sophisticated aseptic equipment, and the market is huge and seasonal-resilient — rose, khus, kesar, lemon, orange, mango and aam panna all sell through the same line. The plant is straightforward: a sugar dissolving and syrup preparation section, batch blending with fruit pulp or concentrate and permitted additives, filtration, a short pasteurisation hold, and a viscous-product filler sized for the higher viscosity that trips up ordinary water fillers.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Why is squash a good first beverage product?+

Because sugar does the preservation work. You avoid aseptic capex, avoid cold chain, get 12–24 months of shelf life, and the same line runs six or eight flavours. Many of our juice-plant customers started here and reinvested the cash flow into a hot-fill or aseptic line.

Can the same line make ketchup or jam?+

Partly. The kettle, blending and filling sections overlap, but ketchup and jam need a higher-viscosity pump, a different filler head and usually a vacuum kettle. We can specify a dual-purpose line if you want both from day one.
