Built for the way your line actually runs.
A turnkey dairy beverage plant for flavoured milk, lassi, buttermilk and milk-based RTD, with standardisation, homogenisation, UHT or retort sterilisation and aseptic or hot filling.
Flavoured milk is one of the most reliable value-added dairy products in India, and the plant has one defining requirement — milk supports microbial growth far more readily than fruit juice, so the sterilisation step and the sterility of everything downstream of it are non-negotiable. This line standardises fat and SNF, homogenises, adds flavour and sugar through a dosing loop, then sterilises via UHT for aseptic ambient packing, or fills and retorts for glass and can formats. Lassi and chaas variants add a culturing tank and a cooling loop before filling.

Common questions.
UHT aseptic or retort for flavoured milk?+
UHT aseptic gives better flavour and colour and suits PET and carton packs, but capex and operating discipline are higher. Retort is more forgiving and works well for glass and cans, at the cost of a slightly cooked note. Most new entrants in India start with retort in glass.
Can this line also run plain milk?+
Yes — plain UHT milk uses the same train minus the flavour and sugar dosing. Many plants run plain milk as the base load and flavoured variants as the margin product.
